Taerobics

High energy Ladies Only exercise to music class using moves from boxing & kickboxing.

Circuits

A whole body workout using light free weights aimed at toning and general fitness.

Powerlifting

A session aimed at working on the 3 main aspects of powerlifting - bench press, squat & deadlift. Brilliant for strength training.
